For orders received before noon we dispatch the same day and on most days we can still disptach the same day for orders received up to 15:00hrs.If you order more than one Shade-a-Babe, or if you select the Special Delivery option but we receive your after last posting time then we may send your order by Courier on a Next Working Day Service. | Returns Policy We want to treat you as we would like to be treated ourselves.You can cancel your order any time before we despatch it, if you realise that you have ordered the wrong model then press the Press the button to send us an email with the amendment or cancellation, or better still pick up the telphone and call us on 01363 881110.You can send your Shade-a-Babe back to us, but please remember that you are responsible for it until we receive it so you need to look after it. It must come back, unused, in the same condition that we sent it, and in its packaging.If there is something wrong with it then we will either replace it or refund your purchase price in full - you choose which you would prefer.If you make a mistake and order the wrong model of Shade-a-Babe for your pushchair then send it back and we will either replace it with another model or refund you - you choose which you would prefer. If you change your mind and decide not to keep the Shade-a-Babe then it can be returned. We refund the price of the item but not postage/delivery costs.If for some reason you do need to return something to us then you should send it by Recorded Delivery or Special Demiveryso that if we don't receive it you can claim the loss from the Royal Mail. We don't refund goods which we have not received back even though you posted it.We don't accept Shade-a-Babes back after they have been used for those two weeks holiday in the sun and are then no longer required.
